Is your payment system secure?
Yes, we use SSL security and secure payments through Stripe and PayPal.
Do you do free shipping?
Yes! Standard shipping is free on all UK orders over £35.00
Can I pay by cheque/other method?
No, we can only take payments through our website.
How soon will I get my card?
We post out all orders via Royal Mail on a daily basis Mon-Fri. The cut-off for same day dispatch is 11am (this may vary during busy periods!). Although 90% of all Royal Mail first class UK post arrives the next working day, this service is not guaranteed service.
How do I place an order?
If you’re a new customer, you can register with us (it takes less than 15 seconds!) or continue as a guest. If you’re a returning customer, enter your login details. If you already have an account and it’s your first time logging in, you will be required to update your details with us in ‘My Addresses’. You will need to enter your delivery and billing address details (please ensure billing details match your card details if using a credit or debit card) or you can checkout using PayPal.
Please review your order and details before completing an order. If you want to make any changes, you can click “edit your cart”. Once you’re happy, click “place order” and you’ll receive a confirmation email message containing the details of your order.
What size are your greeting cards?
Currently all our greeting cards are 6″ x 6″ square cards. Our cards can be posted with a normal first or second class stamp.
Something is missing from my order
We’re sorry there is something missing from your order.
Please report any order issues immediately to our customer service team on [email protected] and giving as much detail as possible, including images if applicable to assist with prompt action. Contact must be made within 7 working days of receiving your order. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to arrange for replacements or issuing a refund.
